Silentium Sparkling Shiraz 2007

Picked from the dry grown estate vineyard, producing low yield, high quality Shiraz Grapes. An elegantly foaming big purple Shiraz made in the traditional Méthode Champenoise, fermented individually in the bottle. Then left to age in peace, riddled for 18 months prior to release.

A deep Sparkling Shiraz with a fine bead and light purple mouse. Intense blackcurrant, cherry and plum flavours and Earthy undertone.

Palate: Dark Cherry, Plummy, Liquorice Characters, Effervescent mouth feel

Finish: Clean Crisp palate cleanser
