Samuel Nitschke Cabernets 2007

A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc grown in a single organic Vineyard. Intense Blackcurrent and Chocolate, rounded out by a delicate smoky undertone and velvet finish.

Harvested in mid Autumn when the leaves & stalks had dried and the bunches of small berries lay in full sun, producing rich dark fruit characters.

Aroma: Vanilla Oak, Tobacco, Leafy Characters

Palate: Dark Berries, Eucalypt, Truffle, with Spicy Bell Pepper undertones

Finish: Firm Tannin Structure

Weight: Full Body
